Tanggal 1 April 2006, Minggu malam senin telah diadakan acara pelantikan semua Pengurus RT baru di wilayah RW 20.
Acara cukup santai namun banyak kandungan² isi yang cukup menyita perhatian, seperti adanya usul agar Kas RW tidak lagi membebani Kas RT dan diharapkan RW mempunyai sumber pendanaan sendiri tanpa harus mengandalkan kas setiap RTnya.
Disamping itu juga adanya pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di kabupaten Tangerang yang tadinya masuk kecamatan Legok maka kini menjadi kecamatan Kelapa Dua.
Adapun Struktur Kepengurusan RT 04/Rw 20 adalah:
